Welcome to Twinsho (“Twinsho”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all customers.

This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms related to cancellations, returns, exchanges, refunds, coupon credits, and damaged product claims for purchases made through Twinsho.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch without any cancellation charges.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not always be possible. Customers may refuse delivery at the time of delivery if they no longer wish to accept the order.

2. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange within 2 days from the date of delivery only in the following cases:

• Damaged product received
• Wrong product received
• Missing item(s)
• Empty package delivered
• Used product delivered
• Duplicate item delivered

Requests raised after 2 days from delivery will not be accepted.

3. Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any damaged, incorrect, or missing item claim, customers must record a clear 360° unboxing video.

The video must:
• Start before opening the package
• Clearly show all sides of the package
• Remain continuous and unedited
• Clearly display the product and issue

Without a proper unboxing video, Twinsho may not be able to process return, exchange, or refund requests.

4. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

• The product has been used or damaged after delivery
• Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing
• The request is raised after the allowed return period
• The product was customized or specially made on request
• Damage occurred due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

5. Refund Policy

Twinsho currently does not provide refunds to the original payment method.

Instead of monetary refunds, eligible customers will receive:
• Coupon Codes
• Store Credit
• Voucher Codes

These credits can be used for future purchases on Twinsho.

Refunds or credits are issued only after verification and approval by our team.

6. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged subject to stock availability.

If the replacement product is unavailable, Twinsho may issue a coupon code, voucher, or store credit equivalent to the approved refund amount.

7. Processing Timeline

Approved exchange, voucher, coupon, or store credit requests are generally processed within 2–4 business days after successful verification of the returned item.

8. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

However, exceptions may be made in cases where a wrong, defective, or damaged product has been delivered by Twinsho.
